We created this privacy policy with the goal that you see how we gather, utilize your personal or individual data, often called your personally identifiable information (“Personal Data”). We do not sell, rent, or distribute your Personal Data.  We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service. We do share your Personal Data with third parties as follows under these circumstances:

D.  With your consent. Except as set forth above, you will be notified when your Personal Data may be shared with third parties in personally identifiable form, and you will be able to prevent the sharing of this information.

SECTION 4 – GURUCAN

Our learning platform is hosted by Gurucan. We do not collect or store your credit card details. Gurucan provides us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and online courses to you via payment processing. Please read Gurucan’s Terms of Use, Gurucan’s Policies page and the Gurucan GDPR page for up to date information about their practices and policies. Once you leave our website or are redirected to Gurucan, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy or our website’s Terms of Service.

SECTION 5 – THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.

However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways, other payment transaction processors. Google Analytics, or Facebook, have their own privacy policies with respect to the information they collect. For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which your Personal Data will be handled by them.

In particular, remember that certain providers may be located in or have facilities that are located in a different jurisdiction than either you or us. So if you elect to proceed with a transaction that involves the services of a third-party service provider, then your information may become subject to the laws of the jurisdiction(s) in which that service provider or its facilities are located. When you click on links on our site, they may direct you away from our site. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites and encourage you to read their privacy statements. We assume no responsibility for the content, policies or practices of other sites.

SECTION 8 – RETENTION OF DATA AND YOUR RIGHTS

We retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this policy, including but not limited to service and product delivery as well as for communication purposes. We will retain and use your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our business obligations to you as a client or customer and to comply with legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.

If you are a client and you cancel your services with us, we will retain your Personal Data for as long as necessary to fulfill our contractual obligation to you through the service period and for the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. However, in the case of password or login information that you’ve provided, if we do not need it to administer services to you, then we will delete it from our site within 30 days of your cancellation. And we suggest that after you cancel your services with us, you also change your password information as a matter of good security measure on your own part.

We retain aggregated data for internal analysis purposes as needed, but this is not personally identifiable information. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of our Service, or we are legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods.

If you unsubscribe from our email list, the Personal Data that you provided (generally a name and email address) will still be in a record of you, but your “unsubscribed” status will be retained so that we do not contact you in the future per your request.

If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it. If our site is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners to continue to provide and sell products and services to you.
